Jack Williams is the President of JAX Project Management, Inc., which he co-founded with his wife, Angel, in 2018 to provide expert project management for healthcare facility owners. Renamed JAX Project Management in 2024, the firm reflects Jack’s continued focus on high-quality, client-centered delivery.

Jack began his career in 2003 in large-scale construction before moving exclusively into healthcare, delivering OSHPD 1 projects across the Sacramento region and later serving as Program Manager of Facility Expansion at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento. He became a founding partner in his first PM/CM firm in 2012 and has focused solely on healthcare projects ever since.

Today, Jack leads JAX in guiding healthcare facilities from concept through completion with clarity and expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his four children, golfing, and his three dogs.
