Chapa-De Indian Health

Client Overview
Founded in 1974, Chapa-De Indian Health is a non-profit community health organisation operating clinics in Auburn and Grass Valley, California. With a mission to advance the health and well-being of American Indians and low-income individuals, Chapa-De provides comprehensive care across primary medicine, dental, behavioural health, pharmacy, and women's health services — serving over 20,000 patients each year. JAX has been proud to support Chapa-De's growth since 2019. Across four completed projects and $24M+ in managed construction spend, JAX delivered complex multi-building renovations at Atwood Road and Bell Road in Auburn, a full renovation of the 23,000 sq ft Grass Valley clinic, and ground-up construction of a new 10,000 sq ft administration building — enabling Chapa-De to expand their reach and modernise the facilities their communities depend on.
